Head Of Program - ESSTEAM
St Hilda's Anglican School For Girls
As Head of ESSTEAM at St Hilda’s Anglican School for Girls, I bring over 25 years of experience in education across Junior School, physical education, and youth development programs.
Leading the largest school-based entrepreneurial program in Australia—spanning Year 5 to Year 10—is both a privilege and a passion. The ESSTEAM program is designed to embed entrepreneurial thinking into everyday learning, with a focus on real-world problem-solving, innovation, and sustainable thinking. Students explore how to turn ideas into action, take risks, reflect on failure, and collaborate to create meaningful change.
Entrepreneurship at St Hilda’s goes far beyond business. It’s about preparing students with the mindset, resilience, and creative skills they need to thrive in any future pathway—and to become confident contributors in a constantly evolving world.
