Matt Silvester is the Manager Industry Engagement at Central Regional TAFE. With more than 25 years' experience spanning vocational education, industry engagement and workforce development, he has built a career bringing together education, industry and government to strengthen regional workforce capability and create meaningful pathways for students. Matt is passionate about connecting education with the opportunities of tomorrow and helping young people develop the skills and confidence to thrive in an ever-changing world of work.
