John Van Dyk

I am a passionate Physics teacher and the Head of Senior School at Aquinas College. During my 21 years at the College I have served as Head of Year, Director of Learning and Director of Academic Studies prior to my appointment as Head of Senior School in 2018. The shift from academic administration to students was a refreshing one. I have engaged in research through my MEd Leadership & Management and a Professional Certificate of Instructional Leadership, utilising these skills in the design and implementation of the Aquinas myFUTURE program, an innovative blended learning model which has liberated our College from the industrialised model of education.
