Jeroen Van Dalen

Jeroen van Dalen is passionate about building products and organizations that develop people and improve their lives. His focus is on super-powering humans with technology (mostly AI), exemplified by his work creating blended human+AI coaching solutions.

Currently, as CEO at AITIA Labs he is training, educating and support companies with adopting AI. Further, as Chief Product Officer and investor at Integral, he's driving the company's evolution into a global Leadership Development marketplace. Jeroen is program director and Entrepreneur in Resident for Bloom. 

Prior to Integral, Jeroen co-founded and served as CPO of Boundlss, a pioneering AI-driven health tech startup. Under his leadership, Boundlss raised over $2M in seed funding and earned multiple industry awards. The company's innovative human-AI coaching platform helped over 30,000 people across Australia and Asia.
