
Cecily Rawlinson

Cecily Rawlinson is Bloom's Youth Pathways Coordinator, bringing deep experience across innovation, education, stakeholder engagement, cyber capability and future-focused skills development. She previously served as Director of CyberWest Hub, where she supported cyber capability building and industry engagement across Western Australia, including helping small and medium businesses respond to cyber risk and engaging high school and university students in cyber careers.
Earlier in her career she led the CIVICUS team that co-designed and established seven regional innovation hubs around the world, launching the Innovation for Change network in 2015, and worked with the OECD and DCAF (the Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance). A human-centred design practitioner and Certified Facilitator of LEGO® Serious Play®, she holds a Master's in International Affairs from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (Geneva) and a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce from UWA. She currently lectures in Design Futures and Collaborative Design at ECU.
