Laura Rutherford is the Dean of Student Learning at Penrhos College. With a strong commitment to student engagement and academic growth, Laura leads initiatives that enhance learning outcomes and support the development of effective teaching practice.

With previous leadership experience as Head of Humanities and Social Science and Head of Students, Laura brings insight from both curriculum and pastoral domains. She has worked across the UK and Australian education systems and is deeply committed to supporting teacher professional growth, particularly the development and retention of early career teachers through effective professional learning and collaborative networks.
